  • Consumer Agreement
  • GOVERNMENT AGENCIES and Commercial Businesses are required and agree to pay "in-advance" for all 1 day courses and may at the discretion of TAI be permitted to use SF-182 or Purchase orders for the Course Price only for all non-1 day coruses. Books and conference rooms are not included in course fees and must be paid for by credit card in advance of course. All books and conference space once ordered is non-refundable. Normally, unless an agency is a previous preferred custoemr, payment must be made in full on our shopping card for all two day and five day courses (COTR related). We do this to ensure that once agencies established a training schedule with TAI they do not back out on their agreement. Our time and schedule dates are very valuable for marketing and training and we cannot permit dates to change (under normal circumstances) once booked due to training costs, air fare and hotel arrangements once made to achive the lowest cost. All one day courses must be paid by credit card if held in the DC Metro area at the flat rate. All other courses outside DC including 1, 2 and the 5 day course requires purchasers to commit and agree to pay for either 1) all course fees not including instructor travel and per diem expenses (travel and per diem expenses will be chargeable and payable by PO (reimburseable as part of purchase or training order), or 2) agree to pay for all training including travel and per diem as part of our NEW "All Inclusive Pricing" as described in our TAI online website catalog of pricing. Purchasers (Government agencies) agree in advance that by making payment for "the course" and scheduling specific course dates that they wil adhere to those specific course dates and will also provide all facilties, equipment, and make all agency arrangements ncessary to ensure that TAI will be able to perform course instruction on the day(s) scheduled and agreed to, otherwise government agency shall forfeit any fees paid due to breach of agreement by not adhereing to and meeting the necessary facility and course day arrangements. This is due to TAI only performing courses onsite at Government agencies. In cases of "true Acts of GOD", TAI agrees to refund pre-payments in the case a certified "Act of God" by which it would have been otherwise impossible to adhere to the scheduled dates and facility requirements agreed to between the agency and TAI. Additionally, the Government agrees that in those situations where TAI's instructor(s) become sick or incapacitated and is also unable to perform due to "acts of GOD" that the course may be 1) rescheduled for a later date negotiated between the parties, and if unable to reschedule will REFUND THE complete course price which was scheduled prior to the sickness or act of God.
